With ‘Tharai Thappattai’, Isaignani Ilaiyaraja has worked in 1,000 films and this unprecedented and remarkable feat is being celebrated by the film industry members as well as other individuals and organizations in various manners.

Now 100 leading artists have planned a unique tribute to Ilaiyaraja. They will be painting the music pieces of Raja’s individual symphony album ‘Nothing But Wind’ at Loyola College, campus, Chennai. The event will begin at 9.30 am on Saturday, ie, 12th day of March 2016.

Nadigar Sangam President and veteran actor-director Nasser, director S.P.Jhananathan, former students of Chennai Fine Arts College, director Kadhir and director Pa.Ranjith will be participating in the event.

A similar event was planned in the last week of January at another venue in Chennai but that could not take place due to various reasons.
